Tom Doyle Motors in Loughrea are holding a 30th Birthday event on the 21st Nov 2015 (the day of the AGM).

They need to know by next Monday how many cars we can provide for the event. They have agreed that if you are attending the AGM that they will secure your vehicles overnight indoors.

They have also stated that they will facilitate the Club at any point next year for a meet.

Please let me know if you'd like to display your car by Monday.

Details we have so far of Tom Doyle Motors Promotional Day.

Galway Bay FM will be broadcasting from 9-12 on the day so they want as many cars there by 9 A.M. on the morning of Saturday 21st November.

We have 10 definite cars for the day some of which they will have on site on Friday. Should be a great day out.

6 days to go and the AGM will be held across the road ïn the Meadowcourt Hotel@ 5 P.M.

Not sure what time we'll get there but will make it as early as possible.

Don't worry, those travelling large distances are not expected at that time. We'll have 5 cars there @ 9 A.M. and others arriving as the day goes on.
