From the e-mail they sent:
We would be delighted to invite your club to attend IFS 2103.

The procedure is straight forward.

Please confirm your attendance by email and we will then reserve a specific area for your club in the Car Clubs Paddock along with complimentary IFS signage.

Each club attendee then simply needs to purchase tickets on-line here http://www.irishfestivalofspeed.com/buy-tickets/ (the current ''Saver Ticket Deal" is very good value offering a discount. (Tickets prices increase monthly going forward)

As primary contact please let us know exact numbers on or before 3rd July 2013.

Camping will be available, bookable in advance, €20.00 per camper van for both nights. There is no power provided but access to toilets. Spaces are limited and need to be booked in advance. To book send a cheque for €20 payable to Irish Festival of Speed, IFS, The Avenue, Main Street, Castleconnell, Co Limerick.
It's €20 to enter and €2 booking fee at the moment for 1 day and €27.50 and €2 booking fee for 2 days.

So please let us know here in if you have booked your ticket so that they can reserve a space for us.

They didn't offer a club discount or in any way attempt to accommodate the club, so it's not our fault we tried but was like banging yer head off a brick wall.
